Rogers Public Schools Honors 2026 Retirees

On May 19, Rogers Public Schools celebrated 38 outstanding retirees whose combined service represents nearly 1,000 years dedicated to students, schools, and public education.
The District recognized educators, support staff, transportation employees, translators, and school service team members who have made a lasting impact across Rogers Public Schools through decades of service, leadership, and care for students and families.
Among this year’s retirees are several staff members with more than 30 years of service, including Gary Springwater with 39 years, Cheryl Raney with 38 years, Terri Fowler and Margaret McClure with 36 years each, Katherine Garcia with 35 years, and Beth Allen, Monica Burchfield, Mike Sprenkel, and Cherri Leisenring with more than three decades of service.
